Miren Doiz (Pamplona, 1980) is a contemporary artist whose practice sits at the intersection of painting, installation, and spatial exploration. In an ongoing questioning of her own artistic practice, she has recently moved closer to sculptural work and to a critical position on the continuous production/destruction of commodities/materials that characterizes our time.

She holds a degree in Fine Arts from the EHU/UPV. She has received the Estampa DKV Prize, as well as grants from the Pollock-Krasner Foundation and the Spanish Academy in Rome. She has presented her work at CA2M, Matadero Madrid, Tabacalera, Museo ICO, Museo Lázaro Galdiano, Museo de Navarra, Unión Fenosa, Tabakalera, Villa Croce (Genoa), UCA Canterbury, and the Cultural Center of Spain in Mexico City, among others, as well as in various galleries in Madrid, Milan, and Lisbon. Her work is part of numerous collections, including the Coca-Cola Foundation, the Contemporary Art Collection of the Community of Madrid, the Museo ICO Collection, and the DKV Collection.
